Character counter
Each EPB and OPB statement block holds 350 characters, spaces included. Paste yours to see how it counts once it's pasted.
Unclassified only — no classified, CUI, or sensitive personal information. The count runs in this browser; nothing is sent or saved.
0 / 350Paste or type to count.
Every character counts, spaces too — how the count works. To check more than the count, check a statement.
What counts
Every letter, number, space and punctuation mark. Spaces at the very start and end don't, and Brevet drops them when you copy. Curly quotes, dashes and extra spaces are made plain before the count, so the number you see is the number you paste. 350 characters, spaces included has the limit for every block.
Over the limit, or want the full check? Check a statement checks the acronyms and the format too. Starting from notes? Draft an EPB statement — every draft is sized to fit.
